This is a new OEM black steering column cover aka clamshell with cruise control for the 1991-1994 FJ80 and FZJ80s. If you do not have cruise control, you will ahve a hole where the switch sticks out.
You will receive both upper and lower pieces, no hardware is included though.
Part #45286-60953-C0 which supersedes the old part # 45286-60940-01.
