New INA (owned by Schaeffler) v-ribbed serpentine belt tensioner for the 2UZ engines. INA is an OEM supplier for Toyota.
When replacing the serpentine accessory belt, it's wise to replace the tensioner too. The bearing can go bad and/or leak. The bearing can go bad and/or leak and can cause the pulley to be loud or worse, not spin easily. Ask us how we know ;).
