New INA (owned by Schaeffler) v-ribbed serpentine belt tensioner for the 2UZ engines. When replacing the serpentine accessory belt, it's wise to replace the tensioner too. The bearing can go bad and/or leak. The bearing can go bad and/or leak and can cause the pulley to be loud or worse, not spin easily. Ask us how we know ;).
